  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Came in as a last min addition to this production. I brought my Dragon and sold the Director on not doing 4k but utilizing the whole sensor. Eventually sold him on it.
Wondering what my brothers and sisters in arms of the RED game think of this. Hopefully we get the invite to London but wanted to share it with you guys.

Nice work. I liked it. Here are my thoughts.

THE GOOD:

I liked the photography a lot.
The concept was cool.
Good choice to use NIN. (I didn't know he had a project similar to mobygratis. This is good to know.)
I liked the iron and steam effects.

THE BAD:

It felt long and repetitive. Maybe it could work really well as a strong 30 second spot, rather than a 4 minute short.
The BW looked a bit washed out on my uncalibrated apple monitor. Not sure if that was intentional. For some reason I always associate BW fashion photography with high contrast deep blacks.
Not sure if the iron sells the fashion idea, or makes a feminist comment against it with all the fifties connotations.
