Has anyone ordered any dynacore batteries from dynabatteries.com lately?

issue below

I ordered a dynacore battery from dynabatteries.com
Most people have mentioned that this is where they got their batteries.
I was recently here on red user, and a member by the name of: zou shijie
sent me a message saying
Hi ******, could you please advise that when did you order them, because we had stopped shipping product to them if you buy it this year, could you please send me the pictures and series number, I will check it for you, thanks.

I told him my order number, and when it was placed(order has not shipped out yet)
Zou Shijie sent me back a message saying
Hi ******, please check with them, if you didn't arrange the shippment, please send a requirest for refund, if they shiped the product to you, please send me the series number, thanks.

I responded to him stating that it has not shipped yet. If it does ship. Is it a problem or will everything be ok? Also, how do I ask for a refund and Cancel the order?
Also asking how do I order direct from jim, as I don't see a way to order on the original China based website. And how long does shipping take from them.

Zou Shijie then responded saying
Hi ******, you can ask for refund via PayPal, you can send the mail to Lesie1976@dynacore-china.com, we will send you the price, it uaually need around 7 days.

What should I do? This is a huge headache. should I just purchase batteries elsewhere or what(like switronix from B&H or something)? Not even sure I can get a refund. read one instance here of someone needing to file a paypal complaint smh.

How many of you that have purchased batteries recently from dynabatteries.com has had no issues? I just don’t know what to believe

I would cancel my order and get a refund though PayPal or your credit card company.
No way to cancel the order. I've even been calling and emailing with no response. will be calling paypal shortly.

well, since this was not an actual paypal account transaction, but just a CC processed through paypal, paypal does not seem to be wanting to help out.
Stated I have to wait a minimum of 7 days and then I can call back and they will freeze the funds. Its crazy. apparently this company is trying to steal money. so after 7 days he can easily have just cleared his paypal account. I really can't stand fraud, or fine print(paypal)

also, it would be nice if zou shijie puts something in his signature warning others that they are no longer doing business with this US company.

I kind of want to order the batteries from the real dynacore, but this has left a really sour taste in my mouth. especially, since we have to order from china by contacting them through email? smh

UPDATE: given that I needed the batteries, I placed an order on eBay from a user with perfect feedback but a similar name. Batteries should have arrived today. Not being long enough, PayPal/ebay would not allow me to dispute either the transaction through eBay, or the transaction for dynabatteries website made through PayPal. But, today I received a refund for all of the purchases. So that's positive news. Guess I have to wait for funds to clear back to my bank now :-). Just thought I'd let everyone know. Huge waste of time but I got my money back, or should soon which is all that matters.

Dear Mr. Adereous Allen:

Reference is made to your post at 10:14AM (California Time), April 10, 2017, on http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?156695-Dynacore-US-reseller-issue&p=1723830#post1723830, as well as similar posts you have made against Dynacore (USA) in other threads on REDUser.net.

We received an order from you on Monday, 4/10/17 and another one on Tuesday, 4/11/17, and per your request, cancelled the orders and issued full refunds to you on Wednesday, 4/12/17. All that transpired in the span of two business days. You have subsequently expressed that you did not want to cancel the second order, and that we misunderstood your request. We repeatedly apologized to you and tried to work with you to restore the second order, but you became too upset and refused to work with us on that effort.

We understand you needed the equipment very urgently, and we offer our sincerest apologies to you again for misunderstanding your request to cancel your order. However, we did not steal your money, or had any intensions to do so. We at Dynacore (USA) have never stolen money from any individual or entities, and have never in the past, or ever in the future, try to engage in such illegal activities. No customer has ever had to file a case with PayPal or any other entity or law enforcement to cancel an un-shipped order with us and get their money back. All they had to do is to simply let us know they want to cancel their order.

Your accusations have constituted libel against our company, and we hereby demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of our company and delete all defamatory statements you have posted against our company and (B) cease and desist from further defamation of our company. If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within five days, Dynacore (USA) is entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, we will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney's fees. Your liability and exposure under such legal action could be considerable.

Sincerely,
Kai Au
Dynacore

Just stop youre making yourself look horrible.

FACTS

I ordered, you never responded for days I called and emailed without a response. once I started making complaints on reduser and facebook, only then did decided to respond to me. Not only this, but you told me you had no stock of the batteries you were selling. My first order (placed on your website dynabatteries.com was supposed to be shipped before my ebay order. my ebay order had an arrival date of April 12th as I even paid for quicker shipping. I did not even hear from you until April 12th and no batteries had been shipped at al.

I also purchased from an ebay account with a similar name as your website which come to find out was you. you never sent those batteries or responded to any of the messages I sent about them.

You tried to blame this all on the dynacore corporation. meanwhile, just here on reduser alone, 2 other people have had to file disputes with you to get their money back because you never shipped their orders. link below post #128
http://www.reduser.net/forum/showth...tery-for-Red&p=1717004&viewfull=1#post1717004

Also, you have a spokesperson for the actual dynacore company stating in open forum that you no longer work with themm and they have not heard from you and any batteries you are now selling are not theirs as they have sent you none. link to this below post #125
http://www.reduser.net/forum/showth...tery-for-Red&p=1715623&viewfull=1#post1715623

The spokesperson for this company also has called you a scam and stated in open forums about you recieving their batteries and not paying them for them which is why they no longer work for you. sounds like my story a bit. you receiving my money(and others I only found 2 but Im sure there are many more) and not responding to emails, or answering phones or shipping the product. her latest response is below post #16
http://www.reduser.net/forum/showth...ies-ordering&p=1723991&viewfull=1#post1723991

shal I continue? Stop trying to save face now that you are a known scammer.

If anyone orders from the website, dynabatteries.com or the ebay account dynabatteriesd0tcom just know that you have been warned.

PS. I have ZERO issues with delays or what not. shit happens. but how you went about it was completely wrong. then you send me a bunch of nasty emails demanding me to retract my reviews on ebay(which were correct reviews) and sending me nasty emails about dynacore which I do believe is illegal, to make some of the claims that you have made about their products.

Mr. Adereous Allen:

You are the one bending the facts. We are not. Prior to Wednesday, you sent us one email (requesting to cancel your order) and left no voicemails. We never sent you any "nasty emails." We have been nothing but courteous with you. By "nasty" were you referring to our statement that there's been a high defective rate of Dynacore products? Here's an email from a customer recently:

Due to the battery charger fire with one of our Dynacore chargers and three others failing to work within 30 minutes of being plugged in this morning, the production that Sasha and I are working with has lost faith in the Dynacore batteries and chargers and has decided to use Anton Bauer instead.

I am worries about the liability of having a product that could simply burst into flames at any point. It's very dangerous and I refuse to be the owner of something that is unstable like this has shown us it is.

Please tell me the best way to return these batteries to you...

And just today alone, two customers have called to report the Dynacore batteries they bought within the last few months are not holding charge.

We're not disclosing the customer's name now due to confidentiality, but this and other evidence will be used in court. Our claim can be backed up by solid evidence. Can yours? Whose money have we stolen? Some customers *chose* to file a dispute but none had to do so to get refunded for an un-shipped order with us. Again, all they had to do was tell us they wanted to cancel.

And, a number of US companies *used to* sell Dynaore products. Wonder why?

Dynacore's reputation went up because of Dynacore (USA). We filtered out most defective units so they never reached the hands of consumers. Dynacore (USA) was never just a reseller of Dynacore China's products. The two entities work together on a much deeper level. Whatever differences we have does not affect the quality of the products we sell now.

We understand all this information might be confusing to you, and you probably did not mean to defame us. But your statements have that effect. We will take legal action if you do not comply with the cease and desist demand.

Sincerely,
Kai Au
Dynacore

I have purchased 6 x DM-155AB batteries and 4 bank charger from Kai this year without any issues whatsoever.
I purchased both direct via dynabatteries.com, as well as the ebay store.
The products are working very well on my DSMC2 and I am very happy.

I'm willing to bet it wasn't a very recent order.

Kai stop lying. Users here have stated they disputed you. The dynacore company themselves stated you stole their products.
Here's a few phone calls I made to you. Not to mention the other phone I used to try and call from. And this also doesn't include the many emails and eBay messages I sent. I do not deny that you DID have a good rep. But the last month or so you have been shitty and I have proven it wtikr and time again. But others don't listen to me. Purchase if you want to...

odd that only you claim to speak bad about the batteries catching fire, not holding charges among other things, yet you continue to claim to sell these batteries that are so horrible. Just something else that speaks to your business ethics. If an item I sold constantly broke/caught fire/didn't work, I personally wouldn't sell it any longer. then again, I also wouldn't steal money from a company I do business with, or force my clients to file disputes against me to get my money back. How can you claim that others CHOSE to file disputes when they didn't receieve their product when they could have contacted you(which is something I constantly did for 3 days by email and phone with NO response), when if you cant ship the order, shouldn't you be the one contacting them? Or do you just like to hold on to money as long as possible and hope that others forget about it?

Mr. Adereous Allen:

Are you a kid? Mr. Reichle made a true statement. He had no reason to lie. He made that purchase in February.

We found no voicemail or emails (other than the request to cancel) from you before we processed your cancellation and issued full refunds Wednesday morning, and then you sent us proof you called 3 times. Where's the contradiction?

I don't know what criteria you use to believe one person and doubt another, but that's your freedom. Your statements are unlawful and we will take legal action against you. If someone thinks our statements are unlawful or we stole their money they can take legal action too.

Sincerely,
Kai Au

February is also not recent. I never called him a liar either. Your reading comprehension is not that great. I'll await your lawyers response. Those three calls were only a few. try your luck with that and see where it gets you. My proof is in this thread. I have nothing else to say on the subject now. I'll speak with my lawyer about the distress you've caused me with these transacations and reach out to the others you've taken money from about a class action lawsuit. Good luck.

PS as far as me doubting one person and not another. I've had at least 4 people calling you a scam and these are just those who I've seen. Wonder how many more there are out there.

Although my feelings towards this company and the statements I've made are true and can be proven. I'd like to apologize to the reduser forum for even taking things this far and participating in this war of words. My sincerest apologies
