Dynacore batteries orderingWhere do I order dynacore batteries? I Read that the us distributor closed up shop and stopped shipping to people(some people are really mad). people had to file complaints. whats the safest way to purchase these batteries" Also heard they will be putting out the models that have percentage readings after NAB. Well, NAB is over, right? wonder when this change will happen.

Hey hey. Lots of confusing info here. What US distributor are you referring to? And NAB is at the end of April. It's definitely not happened yet. I order from http://www.dynabatteries.com/ and have never had an issue.

Guess I was wrong about nab. I did read what was believed to be the spokesperson on here for Duma claiming to be looking for a new us reseller as the old one closed down and they had at least one member waiting on a PayPal complaint.

Just got a statement from the dynacore spokesperson on here. This is what it says

Hi Cicero, could you please advise that when did you order them, because we had stopped shipping product to them if you buy it this year, could you please send me the pictures and series number, I will check it for you, thanks.

Now I'm at a lost as I just purchased yesterday. I don't see anywhere on the China website to actually purchase though, which is why I bought at www.dynabatteries.com

WARNING THIS WEBSITE NO LONGER SHOULD BE SELLING DYNACORE BATTERIES!!!

Hi Cicero, deeply apologizes for the inconvenience brought to you, our site is www.dynacore-china.com, before we find the new dealer in the US, for all inquiry please send the mail to Lesie1976@dynacore-china.com.

About www.dynabatteries.com, now we can do nothing, we cannot contact them now~

Hi Cicera, how many pcs of Dynacore batteries do you need? we have them in stock now. so if you interested in plz feel free to email to april@vaxis.cn. or pm me on facebook. Thanks!

I need help. I ordered a dynacore battery from dynabatteries.com
Most people have mentioned that this is where they got their batteries.
I recently was on reducer, and a member by the name of: zou shijie
sent me a message saying
“Hi ******, could you please advise that when did you order them, because we had stopped shipping product to them if you buy it this year, could you please send me the pictures and series number, I will check it for you, thanks.”

I told him my order number and when it was placed(order has not shipped out yet)
Zou Shijie sent me back a message saying
“Hi ******, please check with them, if you didn't arrange the shippment, please send a requirest for refund, if they shiped the product to you, please send me the series number, thanks.”

my response was: “t has not shipped yet. If it does ship. Is it a problem or will everything be ok? Also, how do I ask for a refund and Cale the order?
Finally, how do I order direct from you, as I don't see a way to order on the China website. And how long does shipping take from you?”

You Shijie then responded saying
“Hi ******, you can ask for refund via PayPal, you can send the mail to Lesie1976@dynacore-china.com, we will send you the price, it uaually need around 7 days. “

What should I do? This is a huge headache. should I just purchase batteries elsewhere or what?
How many of you that have purchased batteries recently from dynabatteries.com has had no issues? I just don’t know what to believe

Looks to me like Dynabatteries.com used to be a US distributor. It also looks like they're not authorized anymore and should really take the website down. I agree that it's pretty confusing. All my contacts have been with Dynacore-china.com and they are legit. Sorry about your trouble Cicero.

But they have my money now :-( should I fight to get my money back, or should I just see if they deliver. Could be bad relationship but same batteries, or they could be complete rouge and scamming folks now. The China site is cheaper, but shipping is $100 though :-(. Not sure what I should do. I definitely need a charger as well though. Should I still go dynacore, or just go B&H and try and find other batteries here in the states and just order from a reputable dealer like B&H. Dynacore just has very powerful batteries for cheap

Also, do you just order through email by giving your credit card number through email or is there a payment system set up if I choose to go directly with the China version of dynacore. This is just all too confusing

UPDATE: given that I needed the batteries, I placed an order on eBay from a user with perfect feedback but a similar name. Batteries should have arrived today. Not being long enough, PayPal/ebay would not allow me to dispute either the transaction through eBay, or the transaction for dynabatteries website made through PayPal. But, today I received a refund for all of the purchases. So that's positive news. Guess I have to wait for funds to clear back to my bank now :-). Just thought I'd let everyone know. Huge waste of time but I got my money back, or should soon which is all that matters.

Another update. After close to a week with no shipment or responses. Here is the email I just received from them

"Hi,

Please be assured we're a legitimate business registered in California. Jarred Land of RED Digital Cinema bought his Dynacore batteries from us. Please disregard the rumors the Chinese sales team (a fraction of the company) is spreading.

Have you ever wondered why none of the big stores carry Dynacore batteries? Well, they tried, and they all gave up eventually because the Dynacore defective rate is too high for the American market. Problems include: DOA, broken housing, peeling paint, incorrectly labelled, batteries dying in the middle of a shoot, causing fire, chargers dying after 2 months of use...

You may wonder why you have not heard about that. Well, we the American sales team in California has worked diligently to test *each and every* product from Dynacore and stopped most defective products from ever reaching the hands of the consumers. The Chinese boss never wanted to take any responsibility for the defects. Their policy is to blame the consumer, the shipping company, the freight forwarders, the suppliers... it's everybody's fault but their own. You might want to try filing a warranty claim directly with them and see what they say.

Best,
Kai Au"

My response

"This statement would mean a lot IF you actually shipped the product I ordered. But you never did and i ordered quite a while ago. It's amazing that after all of the emails you never responded to, and the many times that I've called you you never answered, but you are just now deciding to email me back. If what you say is true, why do you sell the batteries? If what you say is true what stopped you from shipping any of them lately to your customers or responding to emails or phone calls?"

Rather he blames the company or not. What does any of the issues he mentions has to do with him accepting orders and not shipping and people having to file disputes to get their money back.

He also then went on to ask me if I wanted to place the order again as he has stock WTF???

It's absurd and fantastic! We shipped the product to Kai, but he doesn't wire the payment to us within time, even till now, they don't arrange the payment, so we only had to stop cooperated with them.
This is the really reason.
