Anyone else experiencing this black screen and found a solution? It came up while shooting yesterday and didn't have time to resolve it so I switched to my helium. Then I turned it on today and it worked fine. Until a few moments later it came back.

I have re-updated firmwares on both the camera and the monitor and still have the same issue with only a black screen and the power icon says there's dead battery. However the power is full. Both the Red batteries and the Hawk Woods we have are full when I power on.

Using WI-FI and my iphone, the monitor works great via the RED CONTROL app, but no output for the monitor.

I had an issue with my Raptor top pins being dead on arrival. Couldn't get R/S to the Outrigger Handle or power & signal to the top monitor. Wound up needing to send it back to Red for a quick repair. This is purely conjecture based on my personal experience, but I think it's possible there was a "bad batch" of top pins (never got clarification as to what exactly was broken) on the early Raptors. If you haven't already, definitely hit up Red support and they'll get you taken care of asap, whatever the issue may be. They'll probably have a bunch of steps for you to try before sending it in, so hopefully one of those can fix it.
