DSMC2 Side Handle Navigation buttons

Hey guys!
Got a side handle today - everything works fine - except for the navigation wheel and nav buttons. I'm also able to enter the menu via the menu button.
All buttons, iris and focus wheel do their job. Can anybody help me?

Firmware is the newest (not beta).

You will probably need to send in for a look. My focus wheel has never worked, I have a an open ticket with Red but haven't been able to send it in because it is so damn useful I don't want to part with it for a few weeks and I have operators who request I keep it on. So, if your nav wheel and buttons don't work, send it back ASAP, thats the best part!
