This might be random but I was wondering if they are any LCD screen protectors, similar to something you might find on an iPhone, available for this model?
 
Interested as well. I am currently using a cut from a iPad screen protector, but it's not the best.
 
I also cut one from an iPad and it's OK. It bubbles a bit around the edges but it's not intrusive functionally, just cosmetically. But a little ugly is much better than a scratched screen.

But a legit, Red specific screen protector would be great.
 
This has been requested by many (including me) for some time now. I'm not sure why Red isn't looking into this. It's not anything advanced and it would sell like hot chocolate in mid-winter. Hard plastic clamp on protection for all displays... just... do it ;)
 
Seems like someone like Zagg could get this done fairly easily. Anyone know someone at one of these phone accessory companies?

I've seen some stuff online where people have used clear vinyl as a makeshift screen protector. Have any of you guys tried this before? I'm interested in trying out this method sometime this week.

If you don't mind me asking what brand did you go with? I've had some people mention this to me before.
