dsmc2 problem

Hello Guys
I have a problem with my red raven
the voltage isdisappeared
and the HDMI and SDI output don't work
in the page monitoring missing the page HDMI ands sdi
I changed the dsmc2 with my dragon x and the dsmc2 don't work also ( the dsmc 2 della dragon x mounted in the raven work perfectly )
assistance ?
