I have until tuesday to get this working or else i'm returning it. Any help is appreciated.
I've tried attaching the PRO IO Module to my EPIC MX using a regular adapter module and a +1 Module and these are the issues im being faced with
-Significantly Slows the response time of the camera & 5.0 LCD Touch.. sometimes even locks up for a second
-XLR audio across multiple microphone systems is glitching and not holding the signal - when PRO IO Analog is selected on any channel on the camera, the camera refuses to record and i get a "Audio Buffer Overflow" warning. I secure formatted the Mini Mag SSD as the red website said to and it didn't help anything.
-HD SDI feeds on PRO IO do not give out a signal of any kind. changed frame rate and resolution in menus to no avail.
-to me it sounds like this PRO IO is not communicating with my EPIC MX body correctly but I cant for the life of me understand why?? Its hooked in correctly and across multiple adapter modules it still fails?!
If anyone has any ideas or similar experiences to share please let me know. I really don't want to have to return this as I was looking forward to XLR Audio and the other additional ports on my camera... Thanks for all future help.
