Hello friends,

I've got a DSMC1 Dragon in need of a bit of love. Nothing broken with it, just a fair bit of dust has built up over the years and the internal battery needs a replacing. Sitting at about 2k hours and going strong.

The images coming from it are still world class but I'd love to feel a little more confident on big sets that it's going to hold strong.

Hoping to keep the body within Australia when getting it serviced, if that's at all possible.

Thanks all

There is a bloke on here https://www.cgpent.com . That is in the USA, though. Other than that, I am not sure, maybe a bloke in the UK. Ask around at red there, maybe there is a backyard junk shop getting a haul of cameras for repair and reuse. That is a bit of a fantasy, thought.

You could also try Dragon Image in Sydney. They have potential to be able to find a DSMC1-sparky-junker.

good luck, mate!
