  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone has had any experience using an IKAN VX7 with the red scarlet. I have the side handle and the ikan hooked up to the Scarlet but I can't see the menus or change any settings with the side handle. The picture shows up just fine but I am locked out of the menus. I'd appreciate any thoughts on this
 
Depending on what firmware you are running, the menu's dont default to the hdmi or sdi. The downloads page on the red site has 'DSMC resources' that has a preset that can throw menus on your hdmi output
