Best bet try RED support, but if you are having problem I would send it for repair as it is still under warranty...
Do You mind sharing what the problem is?

Yes, sure. Cause I have a belt clip battery module and one IDX battery back plate P-V284. but the DSMC Battery Belt Clip that was only one way for the power output. In the mean time, I wanna modify the IDX P-V284 (two power output) for the Scarlet with the fStop wireless follow focus use. I know It may not be a good solution. Please leave comment and any suggestion. Many Thanks!
