Jim BTW does this mean Red One is Dead....ish? given that Scarlet will overtake it?

15 stops, ... okidoki, means, with hdrx landscape shots with 21 stops possible ...

or soft use of hdrx with 1-2 stops means 17 stops, ...

any questions? hehh hehh

$6K for 6K. Someone has a sense of humor.

Didn't really think there was a problem with rolling shutter and EPIC with M-X sensor... but yes, read-reset is faster.

That means that at 1.25 oversampling, Super16mm lenses now deliver a pristine 2K master within the standard Super16mm imaging area!

The Dragon sensor is slightly larger than the Mysterium-X sensor and the pixel size is slightly smaller. The pixel design and sensor design makes all the difference in the world.

Most all of your current lenses will work.

Jim

So glad my panchros will cover........ :). Just might have to watch out for the 18mm......

The good news is that if you have a lens with limited coverage... you just might be limited to 5.5K... :-)

Bummer... I knew there was a catch somewhere. It was to good to be true... :-P

The sensor/pixel size tweaks are huge! Now you should be able to get a 5K recording with a standard Cooke S4. :-)
