Dragon vs MX crazy noise

Hi,
I'm writing this post because I'm very worried about the noise in the Dragon sensor. First of all I have done blackshading of course.
May be something it's not right I don't know or may be it's my camera... or when we use the Redlogfilm appears noise sonner.
What do you think about it? Do you think it's normal?

In my opinion the dragon have to gain the high lights but maintain the low lights, but it seems that the latitude it has moved to the right, and we lose in the blacks.

Things:
Dragon has about 1.5 stops more in the high lights than the MX
Dragon is very close of the Dynamic Range of Alexa may be 1/3 under in the high lights, but in the blacks is darker.
Crazy noise appears sooner in the Dragon than in the MX

This noise issue has already been discussed on this forum, RED and everyone with a Dragon is aware of the noise problem. Red is currently working on fixing the problem in the next firmware. Until Red fixes the issue, your Dragon will be noisier than your MX. In other words your Dragon is working normal and the same as everyone else with a Dragon with the new OFLP. Don't worry Red will be resolving the issue soon.

Sergi, a quick work around is to shoot 250-320 iso and expose accordingly.

Yup that is the only work around at the moment that i have found beside renting an MX or Sony F55. Hoping the release the update soon.
