  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Dragon loves Sigma Art glass - even for a narrative set in the 50s !

Hey friends,
to be honest... the short focus throw was quite a challenge. Will seriously consider having them rehoused by GL optics.
Still pretty happy with the result, but might sell my 18-35 1.8 and get a 24 1.4. The vignetting on the 18-35 on Dragon sucks, though its theoretically covered from 21mm and up... What do you guys think?

Oh yeah make sure you enable eng subs :)

lol, nice! Looks really good. I like the colors and the 50s grade. The shots looking down at the table at the items was nicely edited in rhythm.

The opening shot is great. Is that a lens zoom-out or a post zoom-out (reframing). I ask because the 18-35 isn't parafocal, but it looks like the focal point was maintained.
I mentioned being curious about selling the Art 18-35 for the 24/1.4 the other day here:

In the subtitles, at 1:18, I think you mean "throw up" instead of "throw out."

Thank you friends!

@akin thanks for the correction! It´s throw up indeed LOL.. It´s post- zoom, that´s what I love about 6K.. a lot of options here when you have no parfocal lens. I think about adding an Olympus 35-70 3.6 to my kit for shots like this in future. Did you get the 24 now?

@vadim thank you! very little grading here.. :) LOVE Dragon colors out of the box!

@Thomas yeah I think the 24mm is a must. Thanks!
