Dragon is a field of Wild Flowers!

Filming all last week we finally had a chance to look at the footage!

There are no words that describe what we can now share of the Natural History all around us!

THANK YOU RED TEAM, Thank you very much!

[Matt Ferraro]

Yes Kennan! I can't wait to see more!

[Kennan Ward]

I know most of you are way better at the color science, but for us field guys and gals, we are blown away by the histograms!

Here is a desktop of a basic shot.

I thought I would share. If I was thinking dragon I would like to see this!

Trying to share the love!

One more 6K 4:1

This motion still frame was part of a 360 degree spin. I will process the clip a little later after classifying the clips. So far I have not deleted a single clip!

Though different, still, that first shot brought to mind a photo I saw once of wildflowers that bloomed in Death Valley after a once-in-a-lifetime rain event.

Kennan, are those blue flowers lupines? Can you share where that shot was taken... or is it like a fisherman's secret fishing spot? '-)

[Kennan Ward]

Elsie,

Thanks! Best to you!!

Karen and I have been quietly working on a film since March 17th, 2008 when we received our Red One! We have been waiting to deliver 4K UHD and now is the time. We will finish the film and deliver September 1st, 2014. Feature film 90 minute full Red splendor in all it's evolutions!

We are very excited and have probably worked at least every other day since we received the Red One six years ago!

Now with Dragon, we can finish with the SWEEEEET stuff!

It is not hard to guess where we are!

We will have a new teaser out very soon and hope you will not be disappointed. You guys are very important to us all! THANK YOU and thank you, THE RED TEAM!!!!!!!!!

Looking forward to seeing the trailer! Like you, I am so happy I went with the RED system from the start. Six years of footage, you say?

Through Redcine X Pro we can mesh old footage with superior Dragon footage I suspect, and make it appear somewhat seamless. This is what Jannard has done for us.

Sucess and best wishes to both you and Karen. What patience!

[Alexander Alexandrov]

beautiful. where is this?

[Michael Dalton]

Nice shots, makes me excited to unleash my new dragon on natures of africa! Still a few more weeks.
