Hi,

I'm trying to setup my Dragon camera to shoot at 200fps/3K WS and 300fps/2K WS. But max framerate available on menu is 197,86 at 3K WS and
295,68 at 2K WS.

I'm using build 5.1.51, no lookaround, and tried 23,98fps project framerate. (the problem also appears on 25fps framerate)

Anyone can help me?
Thanks

you should ask your rep., maybe help might come from bomb squad.

have a look on this thread too: http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?118182-Not-getting-120fps-but-4K-2-1-and-lower-on-Dragon

it's a fact, that the given specifications on red.com are not real. at least - sooner or later they will get the announced framerates to work, and then i will try to dig into the dragon upgrade again. just to clarify: i really would like to upgrade to the dragon sensor...

have seen just a few seconds ago, that brent stated, they are working on it :-)

good luck, norbert

Why not just dial in a multiple of 25 and be done with it?

Thanks for the info Norbert,

I'm not a big fan of 300fps 2K WS, but 200 at 3K WS is a great tool. It's a 25fps multiple with acceptable texture (2K WS looks too grainy to me).

I used my Epic-X to shoot 200fps at 3K WS, but seems like Dragon's last build can't.

IF its anything like Epic, then it bases the max fps on what it feels it can handle at that particular temp (and black shade I believe but could be wrong on this latter part). On Epic sometimes I would get like 296 or 302 fps...it has a range and I am told its based on the above....I'd try doing some tests in heat/cold to see how much it jumps around, but I can confirm I saw the same thing on Epic/Scarlet MX
