Dragon has no sensor read out of image

My RED Epic Dragon 6k… boots up with menus and all… but no image from the sensor. I can playback clips off media card and go through settings… but am seeing no image off the sensor. Camera was working fine with no drops or anything. I’ve reset the firmware… taken off all the modules and still nothing. I’m hoping that it’s not an hardware issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest submitting a ticket on support.red.com as soon as possible. The team there will be able to assist - make sure you supply a log so they can see what's going on in the camera.

Andrade, did you ever get this fixed? I have the same issue and you’re the only one who has posted about it - on the whole of the internet would you believe it?
