Dragon Firmware Locked ?

[Dominik Muench]

Hi Guys,

did I miss anything and are there any website maintenance tasks going on at the moment ? I am trying to download the latest firmware release for my dragon but the download link keeps saying "Locked" even after the login.
The only link that works for me is mysterium X for some reason.

File a support ticket and contact your BS rep.

[Dominik Muench]

already done David, hope they can reset the account quick, I need the file asap.

Dominik do you have to contact US? If so maybe try to contact Germany maybe they can help you out a bit faster because they are awake already

[Dominik Muench]

im not sure if the german boys can do this but not a bad idea

[Patrick Grossien]

If not maybe you can get them to deliver you the file to your accounts email address?

So what happened?
