Dragon Firmware download locked

Just received my Dragon upgrade. Having a problem with a mini Mag SSD and want to reinstall the firmware. Logged into account on red.com/support and the Dragon firmware download is locked. Can someone help please? I'd reach out to RED but its the weekend.

Only bomb squad can set it up for you. They have been behind on registering Dragon owners so it shows locked. Try calling the 24/7 number.
