Can anyone share a quick response on how wide one can go in 6K and 6K WS? Am in the boondocks and a colleague is suggesting bringing one of these in and I'd rather not have too much gear to lug around unless it can make a difference.

Anyone? Please? Any insights much appreciated.

I don't think that EF-S lenses go on the EF mount, wouldn't try that for sure. There are some better not-that-much-more-expensive lenses out there. You could shoot at 5K and use the Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 + Canon 50mm f/1.4, that's what I would do if weight, size, price and focal lengh are limited as you state.

I use the Canon EF-S 17-55mm alot since Its a good range and has is. But on an Epic it does not cover 5k and gets dark vinjett upp to perhaps 30mm or so (from my head). So It must be even worse on a dragon.

Cheers, thanks guys. Much appreciated input!
