I can't find any conclussive info on red.com so maybe you guys can help?

Just bought an Epic MX and I want to order a Raven before the price goes up, but even then, there's a chance I won't be able to pay for it.
Anyone here knows if the pre-order deposit is fully refundable in case I cancel the order?
