  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Double Dragon....

We think so....

Jim

I don't want to spout off like a fan boy, but this clean of image out of a JPEG.... this really will change the industry.

Does anyone else notice the horrible sawtooth pattern around the tail and collar of the lizzard?

<humorImpaired>I make joke</humorImpaired>

I don't think ideal conditions were met in shooting this test though... there's still a lot of work to be done I think and knowing that a Canon lens was used to shoot this will put things into perspective... we're dealing with full frame territory here...

I can't wait till we see some skin tone and beauty tests. Keep pushing on RED.

The resolution is nuts... For reference, the dotted line below is a 1920x1080p window.... Dragon = 10x the resolution of 1080p.

Dude this is f*king bonkers. And at 2000 ISO?? I think's what's blowing my mind right now. THAT CLEAN AT 2000???

I sent out a bunch of tweets about today's Dragon news and someone replied thinking it was a joke. He just deleted his reply :)

Shit just got real... Can't wait! 6K ANA is going to look bonkers good!

Mind = blown. Amazing work as always! Looking forward to upgrading our Epic M (and hopefully scarlet) when this become available!

I think it's fair to say that we are looking at something here we have never ever seen before. This is just an all new kind of beauty.

BTW.... DRAGON is REDRAY compliant :)

This is cool as shit sitting here watching Dragon footage @ 4K on a REDRAY hooked up to a 84" 4K screen playing back at 9 Mbit/sec...

Hey..that looks like my edit suite......

I WISH

I can't imagine anyone thinking they feel 1080P is good enough when they get to see it the way you are watching it now.
