Very bad experience with them. They just follow their own way and never care & support customer.

I was a bad luck guys who ordered from them and asked another guys to make the payment on my behalf (this is a black maket service as I would like to ship it to another country so can not transfer it via the bank due to local regulation)

The payment went through but missing my payment order, even I show them payment detail they refuse to return the funds to the remitter and insist that they only return the fund (not belong to them) if the remitting bank request.

The payment service that I use can't support to recall the fund and GMP keep the funds and never return it no matter how many email exchange with them.

GMP understand my case but never support.

Such ashame that they keeping the money don't belong to them without returning to the remitter.

Local customs are not in the control of shippers. unless the shipping documents were improperly filled out.

GMP makes nice batteries but has poor customer service. Why tried for years to get hazardous-materials shipping documents from them, to no avail. With other battery companies, they provide the same shipping info right on their website.

4 months - no battery - still trapped at customs. Not their fault, but how they dealt with me was quite negative - I have spent nearly 12 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of them - well at least now I am quite knowledgable in customs and bureaucracy! I think at this point in time, it's best to just spend extra and buy batteries from IDX, Anton Bauer, and Bebop - that are sold at major retailers. What's interesting in my research is that in 2009 they made $18 million NZD partially because they don't do credit cards. Wire transfers are cheaper. But of well, now I see why using a credit card protects the buyer more.
