Does the Red One Monitor work on Scarlet?

Somebody is interested to buy my Red One non touch 5.7 Monitor for his Scarlet X.
I wonder if it will work?
I told him, he will not be able to control the menus, but he said he has the side handle for that.

It should work like you said, no touchscreen functionality, but picture should come through.
