Does interchangeable filter come with new Dragon upgrades?

Took the plunge and went for the pre-december upgrade.

1. Do I get the interchangeable upgrade automaticly with the upgrade?

2. Do I get to choose which filter comes with the camera?

With the scarlet mx to scarlet dragon I had to pay for the fans, is that not the case?

yes but some people paid big premiums to get epic before the huge price cut, and all paid some sort of premium relative to scarlets... i just remember it cuz i had a scarlet and wanted a scarlet dragon but ended up stepping up so i was glad i hadn't bought the fan upgrade and had 2 then...
