Im trying to fit my new Scarlet-W with a cage and apparently RED has yet to manufacture any that are compatible, so does anyone know of a company that can make one to specs?

I have the Came-Tv cage for my Raven. Fits nicely, but irritating that the primary monitor port os blocked..
Agreed. I think you can fix the port block issue with a good machinist as well, just a few quick cuts would do the trick. Im wondering about the other access points though. My film partner and I are thinking that we might just wait until there is a cage exclusive to the Scarlet-W. Still debating...I prefer WC. but the came-tv price is attractive
Yeah, virtually the same dimensions (the Raven's texture adds a tiny bit to it's length, the Scarlet-W's lens mount is different) but the hole layout is different. Scarlet-W has two rows of 1/4-20s while the Raven has fewerSo Matthew I guess the Raven and the Scarlet-W are the same size then?
I'm curious about this too. Seems like they should be covered when not in use (like on a drone or gimbal, etc.) Power passes through them, so exposed pins must place them at risk for shorting.Yeah I was wondering about the need for a cage but everyone has their reasons.
One thing I haven't come across, but also haven't searched for a ton, is whether or not we need to protect the pogo ports when not in use. I'll definitely not be using the side port and will only intermittently use the top one. Don't want to leave them open if they can be damaged easily but haven't seen a cover for them either, except for an adapter. Anyone know 1) if we need to protect and 2) if there are any products out there for this?

IMHO one of the beautiful things about these new red cameras is their light weight. Top plate and riser from WC seems like more than enough.
