Do we have to pay royalty to software companies when we make commercial DVD?

Hi,
When we make a DVD for commercial purpose using software like Encore, compressor do we need to pay royalty to adobe, apple, mpeg, dolby or any other company for using their program for commercial purpose?
 
When you buy the software, you are granted licence to use the software to create commercial products. The only caveat to this is the use of Trial or Academic software, which prohibits the use of it for commercial applications.
