Do NOT see a difference on Ninja Flame and A7S II

Hey guys I hope someone can clear things up for me. I'm shooting a lot of my show on RED but some require an A7S II. I got both the camera and an ATOMOS Ninja Flame. I read all sorts of things about how it increases the sharpness and the quality and how great 10 bit recording is but I've done many test shots and even zoomed in at 400% I cannot tell the difference between the internal recording and the Ninja Flame recordings. I heavily graded some shots back to back as well to pull the most out of 10 bit and even with a ridiculous contrast level in resolve, it still looks the same. Im running the footage on an iMac 5K monitor and I'm also outputting to tv for broadcast. Am I crazy or was all this just a sales gimmick? I kinda of feel ripped a bit because I feel like i just have an expensive viewing monitor for waveforms and for seeing my focusing. thats it. I spent a load of money on the SSD's as well. What am I missing here? I've added a link through wetransfer

If you open the two files as layers in a photo editing program, use Subtract or Difference as the Compositing mode, then gain up the contrast a lot, you'll see differences principally in the light of the eyes and a little bit the lashes and brows. In this particular case, in which just about everything is the same color, you're not going to see nearly the difference between 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 as you would if there were lots of fine color detail differences (such as shooting an opal or certain textiles).
