Red make a tremendous gesture by offering price reduced Epics to those that showed loyalty to them during their infancy and already I see people taking their Epic-Xs and selling them just to make a quick buck...

If I were Jim et al, this would leave a bad taste in my mouth and I would mark the card of those who both sold and bought these cheap Epic-Xs.

I realise some may feel the market has changed with the introduction of the Scarlet-X, but come on, at the price you all got your Epic-X you can't possibly think it was a bad deal. Are the sellers just buying to sell or do they have a genuine reason for it other than profit?

Like I say, perhaps I am living in a naive world as I don't look for every way to make a quick buck at the expense of loyalty and decency.

I think a fair part of the people selling their X's bought a M a few months ago, and a lot of people don't need 2 camera's...then selling your X is not really strange i think.

This is a ridiculous thread and the location of any naivety is readily apparent. These are hard times. Many people must sell assets in order to make it through and the equating of this action with some sort of moral shortcoming is distasteful.

there were also a whole lot of Red owners who thought they were first in line and then watched Red selling over a thousand
M's to whoever had the money.

very excited to get my Epic soon.

But (pretty much) everybody here is doing this as a business. This ain't a Rosamunder Pilcher novel.
