  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

DJI Zenmuse X5R - "Into Summer" (Downloadable DNG Sequence)

Just tell me where to Subscribe and sell those LUT's for $19.95 and deal!

Cool! I'm doing a pack of Adobe Camera Raw presets, LUTs that work for the X5 (D-Log), and some Neat Video noise profiles. That's one thing that I always forget to do so I'm sure people will find it useful. Sometimes it's hard to get a good noise print on drone shots. So varying noise profiles at ISO values up to 3200.

Oh and one of the Adobe Camera Raw presets will be a "D-Log" preset so you can use the X5 LUTs on the X5R footage. So kind of a 2 in 1 LUT pack that covers both cameras.

Very impressive!

Just curios was there still detail in the white wash of the water or was that lost in youtube conversion?

How long does a 512GB MAG last in 4k?

The very last shot was lost. That was my bad as I was still getting used to the camera. I think it's best to expose at -.3 instead of 0 as it seems to be better in shadows than highlights. So I probably could have kept those if I had another crack at it.

It's 1,800 Mb/s so probably around 5 minutes? Not too bad if you have a second operator that is keeping shots tight.

Yup, I always EV down -.3 to -.7 when there's a chance of highlights light clouds or whitewater in a DJI or GoPro shot. Looks great otherwise. Nice job!
