  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

DJI Group Buy - Ronin 2 Is Now Closed

For any of those members that missed out on the original DJI Ronin 2 Group Buy, You will receive full manufacturers warranty and support from an official authorized dealer.



Step 1: Email to get on the list. You are also welcome to PM me but because of the risk of my inbox filling up, it is better to email.

Step 2: A member of the dealership will be in touch to confirm your order, answer any questions you may have and give you a timeline.

Step 3: After payment is confirmed item will go into shipment queue.

Thanks I'll reach out to Chris, I just noticed that the Group Buy was closed and I have the opportunity to facilitate another one through a DJI Authorized Dealership if anybody had missed out.
 
So there isn't an open group buy as the thread says? As Zeb said, group buys take a lot of work and Chris ( I have been following the Tilta Nucleus GB) is incredible in his communication across multiple forums with his group buys.
 
I'd just throw out there that Justin is a great guy I've dealt with many times purchasing lots of stuff, including the Ronin 2 our company just got from him this week.

+1 for Justin too. I bought my Movi pro plus many DJI drones and products from him. If you missed the R2 GB, or want the other DJI products in this discount, you can buy with confidence that there will be no issues.
 
I would be interested to see what the GB for an X7 and lens set would look like. Justin, are you still pursuing this?
 
sorry for my 2 cents, but I think RedUser group buys should only be initiated by fully vetted folks with a super long track record.

no knock on Justin, but I would never jump on a GB with someone who just signed up on RU a few months ago and only has 6 posts!

Hi Matt, Very valid concerns. You can see from previous posts Jan and Paul who I've known for years can vouch for me and my honesty. I've recently bought a Epic W and that is why I have joined the RU community not to long ago. After noticing that the Group Buy was closed for the Ronin 2, I've offered my assistance to the RU members if anybody had missed out.

Just trying to help the community, but I can understand your concerns.
 
What kind of a discount could we get?
 
If it's an open GB - the details should be posted here for all to see. What is "the regular group buy discount" exactly?

Each one is completely different. Having run a GB myself, I studied Chris and others and feel that open, clear communication and a post listing ALL the relevant details is key to success on this forum. If Chris is working directing w/DJI on something, I would prefer to wait for that as well.

C'mon Justin, this NOT how a group buy works. The 'Initiator' must post everything on the public forum. Any time you ask someone to PM you, it sounds sneaky to say the least. Check out how Chris McKechnie runs the show. He is open and completely transparent. I tend to trust him.
