Does anyone know if there are frequencies of light that could fully disrupt the functioning of a CMOS sensor but still be invisible to the human eye?

Infra-red at a certain frequency and intensity?

Any thoughts are greatly welcomed.

Just point 1W IR laser beem at it even from far away and you "disrupt" the sensor for good:-)
I don't think OLPF will help here.

But you can "disrupt" a few eye balls arround as well.
Illegal to use in uncontrolled environment.

Assuming you are hoping to find a way to keep people from videoing movies being shoun in a movie theatre?

Or maybe to foil the Papparazzi?

Looking for a way to achieve an effect in camera that was presented in a music video treatment.

You want to fry your sensor for a music video?! :w00t:

No, I would just use the laser mentioned above in that case.
