  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Disk incompatible (When I change the frame rate)

I just purchased a red one one non mx off ebay. When I go to change the frame rate to anything other then 29.97 it says disk incompatible. Any suggestions? Is this a problem with my drive?

What happens when you switch to your desired frame rate and then format the REDDrive?
 
As Keith suggests. You have to set your Project Framerate (the framerate footage will playback at), and then format your Red Drive from the camera.
