Seriously, have you spoken to your rep at Red? Surely they will do the right thing.

One of our guys made the actual call today, so all I know for sure is that they said that we would be receiving a couple of cables. Perhaps we'll receive a bill for them, perhaps they will honor the price advertised when we made our deposit.
