Hello all,

In response to the popularity of our first Master Class with Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC - Global Cinematography Institute will be hosting a new Master Class Seminar about all things Digital Cinematography on May 31st-June 1st in Los Angeles, including discussions of theory, cameras, workflow, digital intermediate and hands-on demonstrations about how to properly evaluate new camera systems. The course will be led by David Stump, ASC - Director of Photography, GCI Faculty Member and author of the new book "Digital Cinematography: Fundamentals, Tools, Techniques and Workflows" as well as the chair of the ASC Camera Committee.

Other seminars within the Master Class include discussion of workflow and the growing role of the Digital Intermediate by Hollywood-DI Colorist Aaron Peak, and an overview of the DIT profession, collaboration with the DP and how to manipulate the digital image on-set, by DIT and Cinematography Instructor at GCI - Jason Knutzen. All seminars are presented through the perspective of the cinematographer!

Tickets are available for this two-day even for $410 on the Global Cinematography Institute website (www.globalcinematography.com/masterclass) and space is limited to the first 30 students to register (class is quickly approaching capacity!). All students who enroll in the class will receive a copy of David Stump's book Digital Cinematography. For more information, visit the website or send GCI an email (info@globalcinematography.com)

Happy shooting!
