Difference between LCD and Drive cables?

I dug up some older, unlabled cables from my gear box today and I have a 6' RED cable (with 16 pins) that I can't tell if it's a Drive cable or an LCD cable. How can I tell the difference?

RED Drive connectors have a significantly larger diameter than LCD/EVF cables. I dont have one in front of me to measure, but maybe someone knows the dimension? The pin number and layout is probably different as well but I'm sure someone here can help describe how to identify them in more detail.

BUMP...anyone with any insight into this? Trying to find out how to identify the difference between a 6' Drive cable and a 6' LCD cable. I think both have 16 pins and look identical (as far as I can tell).

The drive cable is larger in diameter. One will not fit in the other.

they are not interchangeable.
