  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Die Woodys Remake Christmas Contest

Shouldn't there be a full length Fichtl feature film coming now? I think only a small fraction of the Woodys story has been told so far.
 
Anyone that follows Jarred on Facebook saw the picture of the crab and the StormTrooper. I decided to throw it back to this contest with a little twist... :)

Every day since and after the crazy contest, I find myself humming or singing this stupid tune at least once a day. It almost reminds me of the movie Inside Out, where these little tiny characters are running around inside my brain, and they'll throw up a memory recall for no apparent reason, thus the song comes into my head. I see no cure in my immediate future.
 
I still can't get over how fantastic this all is! Anybody get their camera yet??? I keep playing the original video and then comparing it to the real guys today video and I just can't stop laughing!!!

I know...I listen to it at least once a day now. hehe

Still giddy inside and in complete awe of what Jarred did.

no "Woody" camera was delivered yet, i remember Brent told us Red will first deliver the "normal" pre-orders of the daily business in january. i have one original "Fichtl" here and this will be the first subject to shoot with this camera when it has arrived ;-)

We haven't been contacted either, but since we are so extremely lucky, being patient is the least thing we can do for Jarred and RED. :)
That being said, we are so hyped and can't wait to finally receive this thing :D

seems that all comes in time in budget - yesterday first contact with Red UK about delivery - the Remix Version of "Fichtls" is also ready next week, so ... there will be new stuff coming out of black forest. watch out. Lalaalalalaalalalalalaalalala springtime

Weapon just landed at our studio, giving even more options now to produce great stuff
Awaiting my 8K Helium within next weeks it will be a great year of shooting

That's not to be taken for granted what Jarred Land / Red did here - so thank you very much.

(yes - on the picture it is an original Fichtl !)
