Did Mark Zuckerberg's data center 'dry up' Rio Grande? Here's what records show

This is intresting, I live in New Mexico and have been shooting the Rio Grande for a few years. The water is very low, even though Meta doesn't use the water from Rio Grande it does open alot of debate about data centers in New Mexico and how much water they are really using.
 
Yeah you always hear about the ramifications of Data Centers being built in different parts of the country or the world. However I think I never really appreciated the full extent of the detrimental consequences that they may or will have on the environment and this world as a whole.
