  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

While I was enjoying the sunny weather in Los Angeles yesterday - OFFHOLLYWOOD's 3D team shot Diane von Furstenberg's runway show during Fashion Week in NYC.

Three Element Technica Quasar 3D rigs with Red One MX's (all rolling SSDs) - "over-through" + "under-through configurations" - plus 2D footage on EPIC #0007 - all in front row positions.

We expect to have permission to post some of the 2D EPIC footage from the show soon.

Nice rigs. Really looking forward to seeing the EPIC stuff, hopefully you can get clearance for it.

someone was too busy taking pictures of the 3D rigs to snap any photos of me with the epic. tsk tsk.
 
Fantastic Mark. Can't wait to see the Epic footage, and hopefully you get another Epic-M soon because you are truly one of the pioneers for 3D within the Red system. Thanks for what you share with the community :)
 
That must have been a serious PITA to shoot. Kudos for surviving. Indeed, having been elbowed in the ribs at more than one fashion shoot, my only question is, why? Why 3D? Why UHD? How will this be used? In store? Out of store...
 
Liam they were just throwing elbows and just bumping into the rigs and they were crazy. haha so many of them as well.

Out of store, internationally I believe. But yeah, trying to align what they had messed up, I was being physically pushed and shoved out of my spot, and our operator had to say a few nice things to get them to calm down:laugh:
