Desqueezing anamprhic image on Scarlet

I know Scarlet is not supported for anamorphic mode, i was wondering if there is some trick to do the job by external monitor or some de-squeezing device? 1,3x 1,5x 2x? wondering to play with some adapters like LA7200, Kowa, Lomo, Isco...

Most newer external monitors will have a desqueeze on the input.

If you're shooting 1.3/1.5x (like LA7200 or other external adapters) then the basic desqueeze will be fine as it's set to correct 1.3/1.5x on a 16:9 image. If you're using Lomo or other more cine based anamorphics, they'll be 2x and you'll need the option to desqueeze and zoom (unless you wan the 'trendy' pillar box look).

So, basically, get/rent an external monitor
