The Dedolight DLED4-BI Bi-Color LED 1-Light Kit offers a complete battery-powered LED light head setup with a battery power supply, 8-leaf barndoors for shaping and Dedoflex softbox with 40° grid, ideal for softer hair lights, eye lights or as a directional controllable soft fill. This provides you with a compact, yet powerful light capable of 2,800-6,000K that is focusable from 60 to 4°. Additionally, the light has tilt with permanent friction and cools passively, meaning no loud fans to interrupt shooting. The DLED4 will output up to 18,360 lux at 3' while in spot mode.
Spec sheets aside, the greatest aspect of this light is that you are buying a classic Dedolight just like the ones we all grew up with except completely portable with the addition of a simple V-lock battery with D-tap out. Color-temp changeable and 0-100 dimmable, having one of these handy on set is an invaluable asset... I assure you! Especially with the portability of having it V-lock Battery run, I reach for one of these religiously in every shot I take for simple accent light, eye lights, soft fill, product illumination and to every Director's delight, for use with the projector to create everything from the shadow of a window to the Film Noir shadows of blinds... I can't praise these LEDS enough!
I already own 3 more of these lights, so never felt the need to use the fourth DLED4-Bi. Thus the light has been turned on and tested, but never used.
