Really on the MPs? I only have had the pleasure once, and I don't remember any breathing. :/

I assume if Xenars don't breath at all, they must have not the best close focus. I'll hve to look it up. Usually you have one or the other or a little of both.

Yea a little bit. But its more on specific lenses. but its VERY low. like HALF or less of what the panchros breathe. I remeber the 25mm MP being the worst. and by worst i mean i rember thingking "whoa they just breathed a little tiny bit....."

I second that, this should be a sticky
