Debayer not applied in rcx build 35623

A.d.d. doesn't apply and renders as fast as normal still whereas rcx v.31 was fine.

Did clean uninstall and install (including reboots) of redcine-x (v.32 build 35623).

Getting the same, exporting stills today for print and running into the same issue.

Rolling back to previous release.
