Hey all,
I've been playing around with DEB today (just wrapped on a feature so didn't have a chance till now) and am wondering whether the chroma noise reduced with DEB produces false positives at all? Eliminating chroma "noise" that is simply colour in the image. So far I am seeing in the fine details shapes and objects revealed that were obscured by chroma noise before. That good.
I have noticed that over half the noise in the blacks in many situations is done away with.
Also: curious about how DEB performs under tungsten in the shadows with that curious orange shadow effect (not sure how to describe it...) any experiences and opinions regarding this?
