DEAR RED, PLEASE RESPOND TO SDK INQUIRY!!

Hey RED Team - there's a software company that has released an excellent product called KeyFlow Pro; a media asset catalog and management application. The only thing wrong with it right now is that it doesn't support R3Ds yet. They have requested the SDK by the usual channels but apparently haven't heard back.

They reached out to me for input because I bugged them so much to add R3D support. Now they are hoping I can bug you guys to take notice and get back to them. Please help! It's a great product but needs to include R3Ds!! Let me know if I can gather any more info for you.

@Rob - thanks so very much for this; certainly on their behalf as I think they will benefit greatly. But, also on a personal basis because I see real promise in their product which won't be realized (at least for me) until they incorporate R3Ds.
