Dead pixel line on EPIC-W

Hi guys,

I'm experiencing an issue that appears to be a dead pixel line or similar- has anyone experienced this? I'm half way through a feature film and we just recently noticed it. In the first couple of weeks it was so so faint you can barely notice it (we didn't until looking back really really closely!), whereas now it is quite clear... very concerning!

I've tried black shading multiple times and a full reset. I've got a support ticket open with RED but support seems kinda slow and I need to resolve this ASAP. Maybe I'm missing something that can help? I've attached a still JPEG with arrows indicating where it is and the R3D of the same still, along with a black cap R3D with the ISO/FLUT cranked up to show it.

- DSMC2 RED Touch 4.7" LCD
- RED MINI-MAG 512GB

- Wooden Camera Cable-less V-Mount
- Wooden Camera RED M Pogo to F Pogo
- PAGlink PL96e/PL150e V-Mounts
- Teradek Bolt Pro 600 (powered via D-TAP)
- Hocus Products Axis1 Wireless Follow Focus System (powered via D-TAP)
