dcp 3d 4k sbs

Does anyone knows of a plugin for Premiere CC or an independent program that will produce a dcp system of files in 4k 3D sbs. That's an 8k file consisting of 2 x 4k sbs files.
The cuteDCP will not do the job although it does 2k 3d and 4k 2d. Also a couple of free ones don't do 4k 3d. How common is it? I'll be unfortunate to film 6k to project it only at 2k and miss the quality of 6k->4k.

I thought DCP supports alternate frames at 48FPS for 4K 3D full resolution.

There is no existing standard for a 4K 3D DCP. The only stereoscopic DCP format that is supported is 2K.

The only current theaters exhibiting "4K stereoscopic" projection are special venue theaters (Imax, primarily) that use 2 projectors to accomplish it.
