Today after 13 shooting days we have encountered a problem that showed on the first day. "Failed to lock image buffer" and blue redcine screens in redcine. On the first day it was while pulling a car and today we shot on a Cessna plane, every time the pilot gave some gas to the engine the missing frames showed up. We have eliminated the radio issue of the plain. We are shooting 4K 16:9 build 15, not that it matters because it seems to be an electromagnetic interference coming from the engine.

Redteam please respond/explain/solve this one, the producers are under havy stress with these surprises poping every few days.

Ido.

karilla,

I am having this same problem on my macbook pro. If quit REDCINE, start a new project, load the shot, or load all, the problem goes away but you may have to do this several times.

Karilla, was any part of the camera or anything connected to the camera like monitors touching the body of the aircraft?

Could it have been vibration induced?

Opened the footage on 3 differenet systems all show the blue screens in the same places.

And no it was not related to vibration, it had to do with the the motor, it appeared on egnition and while giving gas.
