With the new ADOBE workflow DaVinci Resolve seems to me the only reason to stay with Mac. Are there any other reasons for you?

Smoke on Mac.
OSX is the reason I'll stay with Mac, but I'm jumping ship to Adobe unless Final Cut Studio goes 64bit sometime soon.
ditto.
that and all the software I already own... like Shake, etc...
Smoke is very cool, Shake has been at it's end for sometime, but still a good compositor. We've moved primarily from Shake to Nuke these days.

Yea I know... Shake was sadly EOL'd but still very useful. We are really an AE based shop, I'd love to use Nuke more... used the demo version quite a bit.
I have to believe that full fledged 64-bit app support is imminent for OSX users.
AE is a wonderful app, like a swiss army knife it handles a wide range of vfx problems nicely.
cheers

except roto paint and clone brush operations, hence my love for Shake.
Good thing about AE is it's ability to multiprocess renders, but that is an obvious one.

My own speculation is that the capabilities of Shake will re-emerge in some future iteration of Final Cut Studio.
