DaVinci Resolve lost footage after grade

All the footage that I loaded into DaVinci Resolve on 2 recent projects has disappeared. Not the original raw images, or the exports, but the loaded clips. All thumbnails have all gone black in the media, edit and color pages. Thankfully the stills memories have been retained otherwise I'd be starting from scratch. But I have had to reload the footage and reapply grades from memory. Of course, this only occurs after quitting and reopening DVR because that's the only way of checking exports or answering email.

MacPro late 2013
3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5

32 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC

AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB

Blackmagic support says problem is the D500. My settings are 1/2 res for work and playback. Full res output.

Anyone?

Sounds like you changed the directory where the files are stored. Right click the blacked out media in the media pool, select change source file directory and point it to the correct directory...

Note : For some footage (audio) - you sometimes need to exit the Application and go back in before it 'sees' it again.
